You further agree to indemnify Voila for all costs and expenses that Voila incurs in the event that you breach any of the terms of this agreement with Voila. Voila shall not be liable for any damages, costs or losses arising as a result of modifications made to products or the context in which the products are used by you. Voila’ total maximum aggregate obligation and liability to any one Customer for all claims shall be one hundred United States Dollars – US$100.00 – (the “Limits of Liability”).

7. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on Voila’ web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Voila does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. Voila may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. Voila does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.
